30 minutes before the start, we put the eggs in the kitchen area and pour the eggs that have reached room temperature into the bowl with vanilla and sugar and stir with an electric mixer for 10 minutes until the ingredients become white and elastic. .
We heat the milk. Note that the milk should not boil and only heat up a little. Then we add milk along with liquid oil to the egg mixture.
Now we mix the ingredients, then add the infused saffron along with rose water to the egg mixture and mix.
We sift the flour together with the baking powder and add it to the egg mixture. Now we mix the cake batter to one side and in a circular manner.
We set the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, then let the oven heat up completely. Then grease the bottom of the pan with some liquid oil and sprinkle with flour. Pour the batter into the mold, then tap the mold firmly on the work surface several times to remove the excess air between the batter. We put the mold on the middle floor of the oven and let the cake cook for 45 minutes.
After this time, we test the cake, if it is cooked, we take it out of the oven, then let it cool completely. At the end, put the cake in the desired dish and eat it with saffron tea. Enjoy your meal
